An ocean view home in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles is for many just a dream, but a dream we can all call beautiful. Designed by Nadav Rokach and with an interior designed by Eliana Rokach, this new construction spreading over 6,455 square feet was  created by Building Solutions & Design. A handful of skilled, talented people worked together to design and build this ocean view home on Whitfield Ave East, a secluded street offering all the privacy we all search for at home.

There is a lot of focus placed on privacy and comfort: 6 bedroom suites ensure anyone resting under this roof is well prepared for the following day’s challenges. And since a bedroom large and stylish enough to display an Eames Lounge Chair is one I call dreamy, this home is close to a dream home as one can get. Just imagine waking up to views of the ocean from behind floor-to-ceiling windows that offer the rooftops, treetops and distant mountain views to remind you how blessed you are to be here.

This ocean view home in Los Angeles has the gourmet kitchen, two family rooms and dining room “all open via Fleetwood doors to an expansive and lushly landscaped secluded backyard”, making it easy to breath in and out and relax after a hard day’s work. Especially since you know you have a huge walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom.

I for one would love to work from an office space like this home has. Just look at the way the desk elegantly occupies central stage yet the dark-framed panoramas outside invite to a walk outdoors or lounging on the terrace. There is also a screening area with a pool table, a modern home gym and wet bar, a wine room and access to all floors via elevator. I can understand why it has an elevator, I’d also be in a rush to get to the roofdeck and its hot tub, built-in seating and 360-degree ocean and mountain views. This roof deck continues the transparency and bond with the outdoors seen throughout, creating a viewing platform for inhabitants and guests to enjoy in privacy.
